Our manufacturing resources are work cell focused using Kaizen techniques and includes an optics cell, surface mount rework,
and a number of configurable areas designed for quick setup
to match the specific needs of each client. All work
cells are wirelessly connected into our manufacturing documentation
sytem for direct access to the latest released assembly
and test procedures.
We are certified to international quality
standards (ISO 9001-2000, 13485-2003, FDA QSR and GMP), and
experienced in producing a variety of instrumentation, including
optical detection and sample processing systems, clinical
laboratory instruments, and medical devices. Our
29,000 sq ft. facility is FDA licensed for Class I and Class
II devices, and compliant for Class III.
Source Scientific's Manufacturing, Planning and Control systems
cover all processes and activities that go into the products
manufactured and assembled at our facility. We
also provide full service warehouse and distribution activities
for complete after sales support.
