Services are available for all products manufactured by Source or other companies (third party maintenance and repair); and we will customize programs to fit your organization's exact needs.   Service Center depots are located in California and Germany to serve the USA and Europe, and product training is available to serve customers worldwide.  

 

Source service starts and ends with documentation in our Service history file.  Your product is received and handled by trained technicians using standard procedures at each step and all repairs or replacements become part of the service repair history.  If you choose a service plan that includes preventive maintenance, each instrument will receive an annual check-up and replacement parts that can prevent failures in the field.   Source will manage your repaired instrument warehouse and ship loaner or replacement instruments as early as next-day delivery.
